I've kinda took a break for a long time from flash,a break that has ended few days ago
but know,I've forgot all the animation stuff!that is suck :(

anyway,now I'm gonna need some tutorial in order to improve myself,so if anyone know a good flash tutorial website,it will help me a bunch
